Instructions: Please review all the prints sent to you in the booklet. Select your favorite shots for enlargement and remove the prints from the booklet. In most cases there is a hand-written Roll number...Example "R-4". We'll need that. Next, there is a long machine printed number. We only need the number in the [bracket], which is the negative number for your shot. The number could be "0 through 36" and may have a letter "A". Transfer this "R" number and Negative number to the space below, and indicate prints sizes. If you have a print that does not have this information on the back, just include the print or a photo copy of the print with your order. All prints will be returned. If you have more than (2) selections, copy this form and continue. Photo orders are minimum $ 25.00 per order.
