Do I need to be a FPC member to do
the poker run?
Yes, everyone who does a poker run with FPC is a member of the
club and must have insurance for their boat. Download

Do
I need insurance for my boat?
Yes, you must provide the club office with a copy of the policy
before the event.
How
do I get my personalized logo on my Key West Poker Run t-shirt?
Just email us your logo to fpcevents@gmail
All teams will have their team name in block letters on the
shirts unless a logo is sent in to us. Late registrations will
receive shirts without team names.

Can
I launch my boat at Sealine Marina?
No, there is no launch facility at Sealine, and there is no
trailer parking anywhere near the hotel.

When is the captains meeting?
The night before your scheduled departure is your captains meeting. This is where you pick up your bag of shirts and hats. You will attend a safty meeting at the Biscayne Bay Marriott in Miami.

Doubletree Grand $189 / night or $259 / 2BR-Condos - Next door
Dockage and above hotels located at SeaIsle Marina (Fuel available) $3.00 / Ft
Coconut Grove Location: Optional starting point

Grove Harbor Marina is across the street - Location of our 1st poker card stop
Miami Check in will begin at 5pm in the Venetian Lounge at the Biscayne Bay Marriott,
Captains' meeting is mandatory for all drivers! The entire crew does not have to attend, but all must sign the waivers to receive function wristbands.
What
does my $750 poker run entry cover?
A boat with up to 2 people, A helicopter shoots photos & video, DVD will be produced,
a show will be produced and shown on Episode 15 & 16 on Powerboating in Paradise TV in December
07, 5x7 Souvenir photo & all aerial photos of your boat and crew, personalized t-shirts, hats,
bag, hotel and dockage reservations will be made by us (self pay), Key Largo lunch, Key West Dinner,
parties every night, captain's kit, souvenir decals, poker hand, door prizes, & other misc. sponsor
items. Additional crew is $150.
Where
can I stay in Key West?
We have room blocks all over town. These are on a first come
first serve basis. Book early to get the accommodations you
would like. The same goes for dockage, limited space is available.

Sheraton Suites $209/night Garden Suite (on Roosevelt)
Crown Plaza LaConcha $259/night Standard King or Double - (on Duval St.)

Do
we get a confirmation letter?
When you book for this event, we will send you a confirmation
letter with the location and time of the captains meeting. Your
hotel conf#’s will also be provided. This letter will
be sent approx. 2 weeks before the event

When
should I register?
The sooner the better!! Please remember that all Poker Run registration
is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We can only guarantee
the very best results if we have plenty of time to get your
reservations made, then focus on important event planning details.
Try to book NOW to ensure the best selection of dockage and
accommodations. Due to the 30-day reservation requirements from
hotels and marinas, we have no choice but to close out our registration
on September 30th. Any registrations made after that date will
be subject to a $100 late fee. All participants must be active
FPC members to register for the event.

What
are the scheduled departures for Key West '07?
We have expanded our schedule again this year to accommodate
everyone!
SCHEDULED DEPARTURES FROM Miami and *Ft Myers
4 Departure Dates Available:
Group 1: Tuesday November 6th, 2007
Group 2: Wednesday November 7th 2007
Group 3: from Miami or *Ft Myers Thursday November 8th, 2007
Group 4: Friday November 9th, 2007
* Ft Myers is a new proposed departure and is subject to planning and demand
We return on Monday Nov 12, 2007 if you choose to leave on Sunday, please make a note of that on your booking form, so we book your rooms correctly.
What
is the FPC cancellation policy?
No Refunds. Credit will be issued in most cases.
- Cancel 14 days prior to event or more - Full
credit toward future FPC Event - $50.00 cancellation fee, plus
the cost of shirts ordered and shipping costs.

Cancel 7-14 days prior to event - Full credit toward
future FPC Event - $100.00 cancellation fee, and the cost of
shirts ordered and shipping costs.

Cancel 7 days or less - 50% credit and the cost of
shirts ordered and shipping costs
-
Cancel 72 hours or less -no credit issued, All Captains
kits and Poker Run materials will be shipped to you after the
event.
Hotel and dockage reservations are guaranteed in advance. Cancellation
policies apply
When
are the races?
The first race is on Wednesday, the second day of racing is
on Friday, and the finals are on Sunday.
