Effective immediately: All event related changes will be subject to a $25.00 administrative fee. Including changes to departure dates, shirt orders, hotel cancellations /changes, crew removal.

If you need to add crew, there will not be an additional charge. Additional crew is $135 per person. This includes all functions , event tee & cap. We are nearing our maximum capacity for the big Saturday night poker run party, so make sure your entire crew is signed up ahead of time to ensure that everyone can attend.

We have received all hotel confirmation #’s. You may call in to the office during business hours if you wish to have them, otherwise they will be included in your Captain's Kits.
Miami hotels include the Doubletree and the Marriott. These two hotels have connecting lobbies. We were able to book everyone where they requested (no request try Marriott) unless otherwise notified.

- All custom shirts have been ordered; late registrations will receive shirts without team names.

-Our dockage block has been used up. Alternate dockage in Key West will be used.

-Our first annual Poker Run Village will be Friday thru Sunday during the Poker Run and will be showcasing powerboats on display in and out of the water, look forward to seeing:

Group 1 -Monday captain meeting for Tuesday departure

5 PM - Check in for group 1 begins in the Venetian Lounge. Get your crew passes, Captains kits, vinyl boat decal, personalized T-shirts, etc.
7 PM – Social Hour at the Venetian Lounge – meet the other teams!
8 PM – Captains Meeting – location in Marriott TBA – Meeting is mandatory for Captains

Group 2 -Wednesday captains meeting for Thursday departure

5 PM - Check in for group 2 begins in the Venetian Lounge. Get your crew passes, Captains kits, vinyl boat decal, personalized T-shirts, etc.
7 PM – Social Hour at the Venetian Lounge
8 PM – Mandatory Captains Meeting – room location TBA – Due to limited space we request Captains and first mates only please.

Group 3 -Thursday captain meeting for Friday departure

4 PM - Check in for group 3 begins in the Venetian Lounge. Get your crew passes, Captains kits, vinyl boat decal, personalized T-shirts, etc.
7 PM – Social Hour at the Venetian Lounge, wait for STU to be helicoptered in for the meeting!
8 PM – Mandatory Captains Meeting– room location TBA- Captains and first mates only please.

Key West Cancellation Policy
Key West Poker Run 2004

No Refunds. Credit will be issued in most cases.

Cancel 14 days prior to event or more - Full credit toward future FPC Event - $50.00 cancellation fee, plus the cost of shirts ordered and shipping costs.

Cancel 7-14 days prior to event – Full credit toward future FPC Event - $100.00 cancellation fee, and the cost of shirts ordered and shipping costs.

Cancel 7 days or less – 50% credit and the cost of shirts ordered and shipping costs

Cancel 72 hours or less – no credit issued, All Captains kits and Poker Run materials will be shipped to you after the event.

Hotel and dockage reservations are guaranteed in advance. Cancellation policies apply.
