General Information and requirements for FPC Events

Florida Powerboat Club's events range from 1-day to multiple days rallies, Fun Runs and Poker Runs.
Event formats vary depending on the nature of the venue and destination.
Please use the following guidelines when planning club events:

Event Fees: $150 - $395 :1-3 day Rallies and Fun Runs.
$495-550: All Poker Runs and any 4-day events. Crew fees may apply for functions & apparel.
$595: All Bahamas trips. Includes customs clearance flag kit and materials.
Some special events have a different fee structure, and include much more.
i.e. November Key West Poker Run: $750 (+ $150 crew).
Aerial Photo and Video coverage on all events.
Some exceptions may be made on smaller events with limited participation.
Photos sent out within two weeks and video tapes are usually sent within six weeks after completion of the event. Delays may occur during times of increased club activities.
Sign-up Procedures: Booking form required on all events. Proof of insurance compulsory.
Booking Deadlines are 4 weeks prior to event date. Late fees may apply.
VHF radio and all USCG Safety gear is compulsory.
Additional guidelines and regulations will be provided at each event.
